There’s too much astonishing information to keep up with in the Sony/BMG affair, and Ed Felten is doing a much better job covering it than I can, so if you’re interested, follow the antics there. Ed is a patriot, on the right side of freedom issues and won’t seer you wrong. He also has grad students who can do investigative work.
