The trend towards very tiny text on webpages seems to be accelerating. Check out this page – the link to actually download the software that’s being discussed is the smallest element on the page. Allow me to make a suggestion:
<p>If you’re about to specify the use of very tiny text on your webpage your GUI design is broken. Start over and re-think your design. You can do it a better way.</p>
